Sports Physical Therapist opportunity. Growing Five star company with spot on team in Oakland office. This company does injury recovery best but also focuses on prevention and empowering the patient to embrace healing. Corporate structure program with Mentorship and Continuing Education make this opportunity far superior than the hospital based grind. Telehealth appointments too. New graduates are welcome. Mentorship is available.


About the Physical Therapist opportunity

• Company is growing throughout California
• See all ages- Pediatrics to Geriatrics
• 1:1 care with Therapist
• Each Therapist has Clinical time, Marketing time, and Mentorship time each week
• Patient intakes- history and systems review
• No double booking
• See 9-13 patients a day (depends on intake, follow up, or discharge appointment)
• Diverse client base- young athletes
• In person and Telehealth appointments
• Office is outfitted with best equipment and support
• Women's and Men's Pelvic Health, TMD, Vestibular rehab, Concussion recovery, Posture and Ergonomic consultation,
• Video Run Analysis
• Therapy appointments start at 7:30 am. Schedule is flexible. No evenings or weekends

Requirements of the Physical Therapist opportunity

• Doctorate trained Graduate of Physical Therapy Program
• California State Medical License to practice complete or in process
• Passion for coaching and supporting candidates through treatment plan via in person and telehealth appointments ( have the energy and interest to motivate)
• Interest in continued learning and study of new modalities and best practices
• Ability to communicate well with clients, colleagues, and team
• Manual training focus

• Base Salary of $84,000-94,000 (depends on experience)
