Job Summary:
Schlossmann Honda City, a leading automotive dealership in Greenfield, Wisconsin, is seeking a Full-Time Receptionist to join our team. This is a customer service role where you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to all customers who walk through our doors. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our dealership.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a Full-Time, hourly position in the auto industry. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Direct customers to the correct department and personnel
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department
- Manage and maintain customer service area to ensure it is clean and organized
- Process payments for the sales department
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Automotive industry experience is a plus
