Job description

A top 10 national mortgage provider is looking to hire Fully Remote Customer Service Representatives to their Call Center team. The team is looking for candidates with experience in high volume Call Centers, preferably making outbound phone calls

Description:

+ Customer Service Rep I handles customer service inquiries and problems.

+ Making outbound calls through our dialer on specific based mortgage campaigns – upwards of 50+ calls daily

+ Receiving inbound customer calls – Identify what are the customer’s needs and then route them to the appropriate department.

Skills & Qualifications:

-1-2+ years of outbound customer service or call center experience required

-Mortgage, Banking, Financial industry experience preferred (not required)
