We are a rapidly growing personal injury law firm seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator with at least 1 year of experience in marketing and customer service. This position will include building rapport with referral partners, business contacts, and clients. Additionally, you will be assisting with social media and website content and overall support for the marketing department. Responsibilities: • Regularly check in with referral partners and business contacts via phone and email • Build relationships in the community by attending events and visiting referral partner facilities • Call and check in with former clients and referral sources • Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns • Assist with social media and website content • Attend company and community events • Provide support to the marketing department • Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives • Organize and manage marketing collateral Qualifications: • Strong written and verbal communication skills • High level of organization and attention to detail • Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities • Familiarity with social media, social networking, email marketing, paid ads and search engines • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills Education and Experience Requirements: • High School diploma or GED certificate • 1-3 years experience in marketing or equivalent education • 1-3 years experience in a customer service role • Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field a plus • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word) • Experience with social media content creation and platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tiktok, YouTube) • Experience working with project management tools a plus (Monday, Asana, etc.) • Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plus • Video editing experience a plus Work Hours • Flexible schedule. Must be available evenings until 7 pm at least 2x/week and some Saturdays • Hybrid remote. Must be within driving distance of Carrollton, TX. Work from home part of the week and field marketing part of the week.
