About the Indiana Department of Administration (IDOA):
IDOA helps to ensure the smooth function of state government, finding efficient and effective solutions to government-wide needs.
Salary Statement :
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $67,314.00 but may be commensurate with education or work experience.
Role Overview :
This position reports to the Director of Vendor Management and will be part of the team responsible for all aspects of vendor and contract management for the 130+ statewide contracts (QPAs). Each Vendor Manager is assigned a portfolio from the 130+ contracts. Consultants are the most experienced members of the team therefore their specific portfolio will be reflective of that experience. They also assist with the procurement process. They should be an effective communicator, be able to problem solve while preserving the vendor and agency relationship and be able to determine what issues should be escalated. This team also includes the state purchase and travel cards.
