BASIC PURPOSE : Provides first line service support for Love’s Retail credit programs (Love’s Express, Tire Care Express). This position is a member of Retail Team who provides primary customer support for incoming receivables related account issues. (Mon – Fri / 8am - 5pm).
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding past due invoices received daily.
- Take inbound calls from customers and internal departments regarding past due commercial accounts.
- Reconcile accounts that have disputes or inaccuracies.
- Address customer issues, questions, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Problem solve and analyze situations to determine best solution.
- Serve as liaison between the customer, sales team, and Love’s internal departments.
- Operate office equipment including computers, and phone software as necessary.
- Assist customers in using online bill pay and invoice viewing features as requested.
- Promote services and provide a level of support which drives overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in weekly team meetings required to discuss specific accounts.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Education:
- HS Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Experienced individuals will be considered.
- Experience:
- B2B Collection experience in a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Microsoft office products (primarily Outlook and Excel ).
- Phone System/Software experience is a must.
- SAP experience is a plus.

- Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
