BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice for a nursing job in Barre, Vermont.
Hospice On Call RN needed- 4 nights a week full time with benefits!
Bayada Hospice is hiring a Full Time RN, Registered Nurse for overnight On Call hospice visits ( 4 nights a week)
Office is located in Colchester, VT . This office services hospice clients in territories throughout Chittenden, Franklin, Lamoille, Washington and Grande Isle counties.
Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required. As a hospice nurse (RN), you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides palliative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
