Job description

Ascension Global Staffing and Executive Search is seeking a senior Trust and Estates attorney or junior partner for our client's East Hanover and Hackensack offices. Our client , an expanding full-service Am Law 200 firm dedicated to serving the private client market, is seeking to enlarge its Estates and Trusts team in New Jersey, with offices in both East Hanover and Hackensack.

Job Requirements:

• Ten plus (10+) years of experience practicing trusts and estates law including elder law.
• Ability to first-chair draft both basic and sophisticated estate planning documents which incorporate estate and income tax planning including revocable and irrevocable trusts.
• Proven experience in tailoring planning solutions to accommodate individuals with diverse wealth profiles.
• Demonstrated client relationship skills including the ability to lead in-person client meetings.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey
