Data Center Support Administrator (DCOPS-Tintri Support Admin) - Colorado Tintri

Tintri is looking for motivated and passionate individuals that are self-motivated in their work and career, but we are valuing and thriving in an environment where collaboration and teamwork are at best. We are all together on a quest to provide game changing storage solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for shipping and receiving, ensure all materials are labeled, packaged, and shipped in accordance to work instruction / guidelines.
• Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items as necessary
• Responsible for moving materials to and from storage and loading areas by hand truck.
• Participates in daily and annual physical inventories, as scheduled.
• Assists in the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse space.
• Assists with office security functions, including programming and handing out security fobs, and fob tracking.
• Assists the Data Center Operations team with projects and service delivery functions for all supported business units.
• Must be willing to work outside the normal work hours (including the night-shift) on rotation or as needed.
• Collaborate with VMstore support team to assist with reproducing customer and field issues in the lab. Participate in failure analysis of parts and systems returning from the field. Assist with maintenance of VMstore support lab and design/configuration of support lab gear and training scenarios.
• Collaborate with Tintri Logistics team and Tintri Support team in areas related to VMstore parts provisioning, replacement and recovery. Work with manufacturing vendors regarding the assessment and repair of VMstores or components returning from the field.
• Work cross-functionally to develop best practices and development processes in a quickly-changing and dynamic environment, drive impact through deployment of key initiatives and garner adoption of those processes.

Required background/skills:

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver against mission critical deadlines.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced global team environments and solve problems with limited supervision.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external business relationships.
• Proven ability to perform effectively in a stand-alone administration role in a rapidly changing environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office product skills, Jira, Salesforce,
• Have a can-do attitude, willing to learn and grow with the evolving needs of the data center operations teams.

Pay range: $20./hr - $22./hr
