Value Stream Manager

Salary - $130,000 to $140,000 plus benefits

This world-leading infrastructure and manufacturing firm is currently undergoing a period of supply chain revolution and seeing unprecedented growth . In the next few months, the business plans to double the size of its supply chain team to bring a higher level of maturity and subject matter expertise across its global reach.

You will be joining an experienced and motivated supply chain organization that has been growing exponentially over the last few years and is continuing to make a tremendous impact throughout the global operations of the business.

As the Value Stream Manager , you will work closely with the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating all activities within the site to optimize manufacturing goals.

To be successful as the Value Stream Manager , you should possess the following experience:

• Experience working as a Value Stream Manager within a manufacturing environment
• The ability to lead a team, with the additional ability to coach, motivate and develop employees and managers alike
• Experience working with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
• A relevant degree (engineering, operations, business, etc.) or equivalent experience
