Job description

The Lower School Lead Teacher (Kindergarten - Grade 2) works as a Lead Teacher in our Lower School, where our mission is to foster an environment where every student is “ known and loved.” As a Lead Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in realizing this mission by working collegially with teammates and mentoring an Associate Teacher to ensure their growth and development. Effective communication with parents is integral to our community, and we value robust parent engagement. Utilizing Responsive Classroom techniques, you will create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes social-emotional growth and academic excellence, tailored specifically for boys' intentional education. We are seeking an individual who embodies our mission and values, fostering collaboration and collegiality to create an enriching educational experience for our students.
