Job description

We're seeking enthusiastic Loan Originators to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping individuals secure the financing they need for their homes. Successful candidates will excel in communication, negotiation, and providing top-notch customer service within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Functions:
As a Loan Originator, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

Maintain an active Mortgage Loan Originator License.
Meet or exceed production goals, which include:
Full-time Loan Originator - $1,750,000 in closed loan volume or 9 or more closed loan transactions within a three-month period (Quarterly).
Prepare and submit complete files, including 1003 forms and supporting documentation (income, assets, liabilities, and credit), while ensuring a smooth processing flow.
Keep a steady line of communication with clients and maintain a pipeline throughout the entire loan process.
Effectively collaborate with a diverse range of team members, candidates, and vendors in a customer-focused environment.
Generate business through the use of the company's marketing and lead strategies, as well as self-generated leads.
Structure, present, and sell loan options to customers.
Gather necessary borrower information to recommend suitable products or programs.
Regularly follow up with potential applicants through telephone, email, or written correspondence to ensure clear program understanding.
Required Job Functions:
In this role, you will be expected to perform the following tasks:

Develop a sales-oriented skill set, including building a customer base and identifying new mortgage loan opportunities within the existing and potential customer pool.
Contact potential customers via telephone and email.
Occasional overtime and travel may be required.
Additional tasks as assigned.
