We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Sycamore, IL. We are seeking a Chiropractor who is compassionate, caring, optimistic, self-motivated and gets excited about a challenge- someone who has a passion for helping others see their full potential to motivate/assist them to reach their true goals and optimal quality of life.

As the Chiropractor, you will help assist in the retention of long-term quality patients for the clinic through exceeding our patients needs and expectations. You will be responsible for looking at the body as a whole and assisting in the creation of treatment plans for our patients to receive the most comprehensive care. You will be an essential piece of our integrated clinic and will collaborate with amazing medical professionals for the most effective treatment plans and clinical outcomes.

The multi-disciplinary team takes a whole person approach by not only managing each patient's symptoms but by addressing the underlying causes of their pain and injury. Our facility utilizes state-of-the-art equipment and treatment therapies to provide appropriate care to each patient.

Duties:
-Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
-Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays and make recommendations in the daily team meeting
-Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
-Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
-Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, benefits of continued chiropractic care
-Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments, rehab and various therapies and modalities
-Supervise and advise Chiropractic Assistants on patient care, exercises, and rehab
-Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
-Work cooperatively with the team, chiropractic assistants, and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
-Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments, recognize and acknowledge when patients improve and reach goals
-Communicate effectively with both the staff and patients
-Educate the patient on the services provided in the clinic
-Consistently offer the highest level of personalized customer service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude
-Oversee management of Rehab Technicians and Chiropractic Assistants
-Assist in the recruitment of new patients through internal and external lead generating activities
-Engage in effective communication with clinical as well as administrative staff to ensure seamless flow of production to allow for increased growth of company's services delivered to meet the strategic objective of the company
-Ensure all patient care is focused on an upstream medical philosophy, (prevention and function based) instead of a downstream one, (symptom based)
-Monitors patients for compliance and effectively communicate the need to follow recommendations
-Occasional travel to local meetings and training may be required

Requirements:
-Graduation from an Accredited Doctor of Chiropractic Program (DC)
-Chiropractic License in IL
-Willingness to train on instrumentation, traction devices and other corrective care techniques

Schedule:
-Full time
-Monday- Friday with office hours ending at 12:30 on Fridays

Compensation:
-$85k- $110k (DOE)
