Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation

Are you driven to serve and help others in your community? Caregivers and Direct Support Professionals (DSP) are the heart of our company with their compassion, dependability, and care. We are now hiring for Caregivers to provide personal care for individuals in our senior community, those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and others in need of assistance. Our Caregivers are the STARS of our organization who provide caregiving to the people we support. • Provide various personal caregiving services in accordance with an established plan of direct care. Provide for the personal needs and comfort of people in their own homes
• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
• Prepare meals and special diets
• Perform general housekeeping activities
• Provide transportation assistance to and from activities
• Provide compassionate companionship to patients
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to communicate both verbal and written
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
• Must be able to work independently
• Ability to work in a home-like setting

Rehab Without Walls is a revolutionary neuro rehabilitation program that moves individuals outside the walls of institutional settings and into their natural home and community environment through a continuum of care. CPR/1st Aid training

Schedule - must be flexible

7:00am-3:00pm

1:00pm-9:00pm 

9:00pm-7:00am

Our residential school is located on 43 acres outside the city of San Marcos, Texas. The homes and academic classrooms are centrally located to one another to allowfor continuity of services between academics and residential living. In addition, day services are available for students who need a specialized educational setting but wish to live at home with their families.
Texas Hill Country School is licensed as a residential treatment center by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services and our academic program is approved by the Texas Education Agency (TEA) as a non-public school.
Our Texas Hill Country School specializes in working with students who have been unsuccessful in other educational settings. This program accepts children and adolescents, ages 6-22, with acquired brain injuries, developmental disabilities including autism spectrum disorder, and a host of other neurological and psychological problems.
