SUMMARY
This entry level role requires an individual who is professional and who displays the drive, determination, and self-motivation to meet the needs of our Programs' operations. Specifically, your mission will be to support the service team while uncovering opportunities for greater efficiency and innovation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides professional, courteous service to our clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners, and HUB colleagues
Manage all incoming mail and oversee the distribution of those tasks daily.
Responsible for managing the team's returned mail by reaching out to the impacted member to get updated contact information, updating the agency management system and then resending the returned documents to our members.
Retrieve change request forms from our lock box's online portal, import them into our document management system and oversee the distribution of those tasks daily.
Create a daily claims report and distribute to a support team. This includes, but is not limited to receiving claim files from our carrier, verifying coverages, documenting the report and entering the appropriate data into our agency management system.
Issue and maintain the student liability coverage
Oversee and organize our general email inboxes
Maintain complete and accurate files and input necessary data on the company's agency management system
Acts as liaison between clients and insurance carriers to gather underwriting information as requested..
Maintain service standards as outlined in the procedure manual
Maintain confidentiality requirements regarding insurance coverage
If needed, answer incoming service calls through a call center environment and be responsible for following through on service issues.
Subject to performance evaluations based on KPIs and customer service metrics
QUALIFICATIONS
1+ years of experience working within a business administrative type role
High School diploma or equivalent; AA and/or college degree preferred
Superior customer service and problem solvingskills
Department Account Management & Service
Required Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience
Required Travel: No Travel Required
Required Education: High school or equivalent
