Job Title: Plant Manager/Site Manager
Team/Department: Food Production Manufacturing
Location: Marseilles, OH (On-site)
Hours: Full-time
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $170,000

What You Will Be Doing

- Responsible for leading the execution and business performance of site operations, while ensuring the business has the staff and resources necessary to thrive.
- Responsibilities will include efficient production of safe quality whole foods, safety and security of workforce, and environmental stewardship and sustainability
- Drive a culture that fully engages all employees and other constituents through our shared values and guiding principles.

What You Need for this Position

- 2 years of relevant experience in operations management in the poultry, agriculture, or food processing industry-specific to production or manufacturing production environment.
- Bachelors' degree in Engineering (Process), Management, Finance, Agriculture, or related field preferred.
