Come join Intuit’s Corporate Strategy and Development team as a Manager focused on growth strategy. We are looking for creative problem solvers and strategic thinkers to join our team. Strategy Managers work as members of project teams, developing high-impact strategies and implementation plans for Intuit overall or specific businesses. They are expected to quickly take on team and relationship leadership responsibilities. As a Strategy Manager, you will seek to identify and realize new growth opportunities for Intuit. Your skill set as a strategist will be fully employed to define the highest-priority opportunities in collaboration with business unit partners, and to execute rigorous analysis and synthesize the insights in a way that facilitates CEO and/or Board decisions. The Strategy Manager must have exceptional leadership skills and growth potential.
It is essential that the individual selected for this position be able to quickly establish rapport, credibility, trust, and respect throughout the organization, and be viewed as a team player. The CS&D team is viewed as a source of leaders within Intuit and the individual will be expected to employ exceptional leadership skills and a learning mindset to be successful.
The Manager role offers excellent opportunities to:
Impact and drive company level strategy and the agendas of senior leaders, the CEO, and Board of Directors
Develop expertise in a variety of businesses (Consumer, B2B) and functions
Gain significant exposure to senior leaders and career progression to other roles within CS&D and across Intuit
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have the following:
4+ years of work experience
Bachelors Degree Required or equivalent experience
MBA highly preferred
Experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or in a respected operating company’s strategy function preferred
Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem solving, and a keen business sense
Ability to both lead and support, be willing to “go the extra mile” for the BU partner and his/her team
Have strong communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills
Well-rounded interpersonal skills with the capacity to build trust-based relationships with teammates and BU partners
Openness to an environment of active developmental feedback
Passion for excellence and the desire to have a significant impact
Highly self-motivated and willing to proactively take on leadership roles within project
The team working model is hybrid, with 2-3 days per week in the Mountain View office.
Take ownership for significant portions of strategy development and generate creative, action-oriented insights and recommendations
Facilitate joint problem-solving with mid-level and senior-level business partners
Perform data driven quantitative and qualitative analysis on core strategic issues through research and customer and expert interviews
Engage with key stakeholders across Intuit’s BUs to develop recommendations and generate impactful outcomes
Understand and stay current with the competitive landscape
Author and deliver high-impact presentations and plans to senior management
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $159,500 - 216,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
