Interested in Machine Learning? Amazon SageMaker ( takes away the heavy-lifting normally associated with large-scale Machine Learning implementations, so that developers and scientists can focus on the truly creative work of modeling and solving the business problem at hand. SageMaker is a fully managed Machine Learning platform that makes machine learning services ease of use, universal and accessible to variety of enterprise users. Amazon SageMaker Canvas ( allows you to prepare data for ML, automatically build machine learning models, evaluate their performance and deploy those models to an endpoint for inference. SageMaker Canvas will automatically explore different solutions to find the best model based on the data you provide.

We are seeking Software Development Engineer for our SageMaker team. As an SDE-II you will lead and own the innovation in the space of ML services, building compelling functionality and new capabilities for the Amazon SageMaker and SageMaker Cavas, as we continue to develop more ML services and innovate on ML algorithms to satisfy different customer requirements.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Bellevue, WA, USA

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
