Job description
WORK LOCATION : Onsite location in Washington, D.C.
WORK SCHEDULE : 8-9 hours per day, may include weekends
JOB STATUS : Full-time, Temporary
JOB DURATION : 5 days
Objective
Moderators are expected to interact directly with study participants using provided study protocols and managing the participant during each session. Moderators will report to the Program Manager and Project Manager. Training will be provided before the first participant session. Sessions occur in Washington, D.C, with additional staff on-site to manage participant intake and provide support.
Responsibilities:
Receive participants at work and guide them through the session in a controlled environment.
Ensure all sessions are completed per project guidelines.
Follow COVID-19 sanitization procedures after each session.
Represent and promote the TELUS International AI brand.
Minimum Qualifications:
2 years of experience using Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite environments and tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to interact professionally with project participants and onsite customer teams.
Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail.
Experience conducting in-person research sessions.
Experience troubleshooting computers and/or consumer electronics.
