Job description

Position Summary

As a Warehouse Shipping/Receiving Manager within the Kitchen and Bath team, you will be responsible for assisting the Warehouse Manager with the successful execution of the daily warehouse operations, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Receive and organize product incoming and outgoing deliveries and ensure they are stored according to warehouse specifications
• Assist with staging new and existing materials in the showroom
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the Warehouse
• Process and file order fulfillment documents timely and accurately
• Load, transport and deliver materials to work sites as needed in a safe and timely manner.
• Assist Warehouse Manager with scheduling and planning of warehouse operations
• Act as point of contact for employees when the Warehouse Manager is unavailable
• Execute company processes successfully to ensure 100% compliance and safety regulations
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must hold an unrestricted driver's license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Must be able to use moving and cleaning equipment including box truck, hand truck, pallet jack, broom, mop, ladder, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Must be reliable and act with integrity and professionalism
• NetSuite experience is highly desired

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, lifting, loading, unloading, and maneuvering heavy cabinets and other building materials
• Work will be performed in a Warehouse or Construction site setting that may include being inside, outside and with a variety of weather and temperature conditions.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds at times.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
• Must have reliable transportation to ensure you are able to get to and from work each day on time.
