Adecco is hiring immediately for an Accounts Receivable Analyst in the Westfield, IN area.

Job Description:

As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be responsible for recording customer invoices accurately and promptly. You will create, update, and reconcile accounts using applicable systems. You will prepare routine reports based on customer requirements. You may provide verification of payment to customers and others as needed. You will possess a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. You will work under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.

·       Manage daily invoicing.

·       Research and resolve value discrepancies.

·       Interface with customers, financial services, and Operations personnel 

Required:

• Updated Resume

• High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.

• Remote capability is a requirement.

Previous experience preferred:

Billing Forms, Problem/Complaint Resolution, Accounts Receivable Clerk, Billing, Quicken/QuickBooks, MS EXCEL

• Monday - Friday 8am-5pm with some flexibility hybrid schedule

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
