Job Summary:
As a Commissioned Sales Representative at our company, you'll be instrumental in driving sales growth by engaging with retailers across the USA, Canada, and the UK. Your role will involve building relationships, promoting our products/services, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Identify potential retailers in target markets, understand their needs, and analyze market trends and competition.
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including online research, cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to retailers' needs, highlighting the value of our products/services and introducing promotions and new products.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close deals with retailers, ensuring sales targets and revenue goals are consistently met or exceeded.
Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections to the management team.
Commission Management: Accurately track and manage commission earnings, ensuring prompt and transparent commission payments.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with sales trends and product information to better serve customers and achieve sales targets.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Proven success in commissioned sales, preferably within the retail health and wellness industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
Ability to adapt to different market dynamics and customer profiles.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
