We are currently seeking candidates to fill a role as a Estate Gardening Assistant. Applicants should be passionate about plants and the outdoors, are always seeking knowledge, and conducts them self in a professional manner. The Estate Gardening Assistant is responsible for performing daily activities in the field of landscape maintenance as directed by the Maintenance Division Manager or their immediate supervisor. The Assistant is also responsible for completing activities of high quality to enhance the functional and/or aesthetic value of the landscape in a safe, productive, and efficient manner. 

 

Primary Responsibilities :

• Work as a team member under the direction of their Crew Supervisor
• Show up to work on time in the correct uniform 
• Perform duties with a high level of craftsmanship in an efficient manner
• Communicate and coordinate with Supervisor and peers
• Properly use equipment and tools at all times 
• Perform preventative and post maintenance of tools and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite at all times 
• Bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs
