RequirementsExperience:
Prior experience in insurance sales in an independent agency environment is a must. Must have a Florida Property and Casualty License.

Customer-focused: A strong desire to provide exceptional service and meet or exceed client expectations.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in managing client accounts and insurance policies.
Independence and Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using digital tools and software for communication, client management, and data analysis.
