Our Team Under the general direction of the Head of RGM, the Associate Director, US Commercial Systems will play a critical role in the success of Sanofi's US Commercial organization. The candidate will lead projects that provide business information to enable Trade Promotion Management, Commercial Insights and Sales Analytics & Reporting in the US.
Success in this role will require a strategic and analytical mindset, ability to lead cross functional teams, excellent ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels and extensive project management experience to drive the implementation of business solutions.
Main Responsibilities - Lead, support and manage the US Trade Promotion Management (TPM) tool and be the liaison into the SAP team and the global TPM team
- Ensure data integrity that feeds standardize reporting (i.e. TPM, SAP, syndicated, etc.) including leadership dashboards, sales performance reports and reporting to support S&OP process
- Ensure TPM system is compliant with SOX financial requirements
- Develop, update, and deliver TPM training materials
- Manage cross functional teams across Sales, Revenue Growth Management, Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, Technology, and Master Data Management groups to deliver TPM system and process solutions that drive business value
- Collaborate closely with Digital team to ensure business solution architecture roadmap is clearly understood and work with Digital to document current and future state architectural roadmaps to understand impact of all changes
- Take full accountability for successful project delivery by ensuring projects are delivered with high quality, on time, on budget and demonstrate business value/impact
- Work with Digital and vendors to identify opportunities to improve performance and stability of applications, databases, and processes
- Serve as the point of contact for the technical delivery team to ensure they understand business needs
- Maintain project governance framework to ensure work is prioritized based on business value
- Establish project management standards
- Ensure business requirements and technical specifications are clearly documented and create plans for user acceptance testing and change management
- Collaborate with CHC Operations and Digital to leverage tools, data, services and implement best practices
- Drive simplification and foster an organization of continued process improvement.
About you Qualifications - B.A. / B.S. degree required.
- MBA, MA, or commensurate experience a plus.
Experience - 10+ years of business operations and/or technical solution delivery experience in the CHC/CPG industry.
Skills/Knowledge - Expertise in the following: Trade Promotion Management (TPM) applications (salesforce experience a plus), Reporting applications (PowerBI, SAP BI), ERP (SAP), Master Data Management process/tools.
- Strong understanding of system architecture frameworks, focused on business capability enablement.
- Extensive project management experience.
- Experience in process mapping/business process improvement.
- Self-starter with demonstrated track-record for driving team results.
- Ability to work collaboratively between multiple internal and external departments, often navigating and weighing the need of customers vs Sanofi deliverables.
- Strong analytical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- General understanding of financial and sales acumen.
- Ability to navigate customer demands while adhering to Sanofi financial initiatives with the purpose of creating feasible win-win solutions.
- Ability to develop, lead, and translate strategy into action, to create and utilize compelling narratives, to motivating others, to setting objectives and delegating responsibilities as required.
- Lead with direct, honest, and supportive communication both with immediate team and key stakeholders/partners.
- Eager to improve oneself, the immediate team, and the greater community.
- Utilizes effective, professional communications to cultivate strong working relationships with internal and external colleagues, flexible in own approach to people and situations.

The salary range for this position is $124,000 to 175,000. All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the link,
