About the Role:
Under the general direction of the AVPGPP the Director of Global Programs and Partnerships (DGPP) will direct the development and implementation the GPP portfolio of partnerships, programs, events, and activities in support of the goals, objectives and strategies of Berklee Global and Academic Affairs (AA) divisions.


Specifically, the DGPP will oversee the global relationships and programs, including the Berklee Global Partnerships (BGP), Berklee on the Road (BOR) and Berklee Latino (BL); and partnerships and programs with whom Berklee holds memoranda of understanding (MOUs) and other partnership and program agreements. The Director will also manage program academic directors, faculty members, staff, alumni artists, consultants, temporary employees and student travelers; and supervise the Assistant Director of GPP (AD/GPP); works collaboratively with the recruitment leadership team to support the comprehensive enrollment strategy (CES).
