Salary: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Close sales and meet sales goals set with your Agency Owner.
- Cultivate and uphold customer connections, guaranteeing their insurance requirements are catered to thoughtfully.
- Recognize and actively seek fresh business prospects, broadening clients through provided leads.
- Offer exceptional customer service and educate clients about insurance coverages.
- Assess client necessities and propose suitable insurance solutions.
Requirements
- Possess active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License
- Proficiency in Spanish or Vietnamese is required.
- Display exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrate self-reliance and effective teamwork.
- Embrace coaching and feedback, welcoming personal development and advancement.
- Showcase strong motivation and determination.
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred
- General Lines Life, Accident & Health TX license preferred but not required
