Job description
Our Property Management client is seeking a solid Accounts Payable Associate to ensure accurate payment processing and records are maintained within their Finance Department. The preferred candidate will have prior experience working with Yardi property management software . Please inquire within.
AP Associate w/ Yardi Salary: $55-60k
Onsite : near Springfield, NJ
Responsibilities:
- Processes Purchase Orders and Invoices
- Assists with Month end closing and Expense Reporting
- Manages Vendor Payment transactions
- Maintains AP General Ledger Accounts and Reconciliations
Skills Needed:
- Bachelor’s Degree - Accounting or Business related
- Yardi Software, highly preferred
- At least 2 yrs experience with AP practices
- Microsoft Excel experience
