Job description
Do you want to be a great trial attorney? We are looking for a Part-time Contract Trial attorney: to help prepare clients for deposition and take depositions of defendants. Will also help with trial work, and preparing for mediations, trail, completing discovery, and assisting the lead attorney in trail preparation. This opportunity could lead to a full time position . Compensation will depend on trial experience. 20-30 hours a week.
Requirements
2 years trial/litigation experience. Must have been licensed for at least 5 years. Must be proficient at Word, Excel, editing documents, and experience answering discovery. and have a sense of humor, and ability to be compassionate. Psychology or social work undergrade degree is a plus. Spanish is a plus.
