Ray Graham Association is currently looking for a Program Coordinator who will be responsible for the supervision of 6-7 Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) homes located throughout DuPage County, where people with developmental disabilities reside. The Coordinator is responsible to assure that the CILA homes are in full compliance with Department of Human Services (DHS) Licensure and RGA standards. This position is expected to be able to work independently and multi-task effectively, while promoting and upholding the Mission and Values of Ray Graham Association.
Job Duties:
- Conduct, communication and decision-making reflects respect for the organization, integrity and professionalism, and is consistent with agency mission and values.
- Interactions with people supported and fellow RGA staff are supportive and respectful.
- Information shared in the review of any agency matters, incidents or reports demonstrates cooperation, honesty and full factual disclosure.
- Assists to develop site activity schedules that are person centered and reflect the current Person Centered Plan (PCP) goals and interests of the people supported. Community Life Standards are followed. Ensures that all necessary materials, equipment or funds are available to staff.
- Works collaboratively with Supervisors and QIDP staff to maximize the use of the CILA environment and daily routine to promote independence, offer choice and provide opportunities for growth.
- Staff training is current and complies with regulatory requirements and all agency policy and procedure.
- Staffing ratio’s reflect the support needs of the people supported and conform to ratio set by the management team. Filling open shifts is completed in accordance with RGA and AFSCME agreements. Overtime is monitored and authorized only when needed. Reviews and approves staff time cards on Paylocity and assures compliance with agency policy and procedure and submitted without error.
Qualifications required:
1-2 yrs. related job experience. Supervisory experience required.
High School diploma or GED is required, a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Be flexible and able to be on call.
Must be able to meet the HealthCare Worker Background Check requirements.
Must be able to lift and transfer individuals (75 lbs.).
Positive and up-beat personality is a must.
Must be at least 21yrs of age.
Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen.
Wages/Salary: $46,800
