What to Anticipate
- Offer 24/7 support handling inbound calls for emergency roadside assistance and other service requests including vehicle breakdowns flat tires lockouts fuel shortages and accidents.
- Make outbound calls to our network of service providers to arrange prompt and efficient towing and assistance for our customers.
- Conduct followup calls for status updates clarification and coordination of secondary services as needed.
- Utilize tools like Google Maps to accurately identify the customer s location and ensure timely assistance.
- Inform customers about their policy coverage and secure a service provider within the policy s parameters.
- Work closely with clients their customers and account representatives to deliver unparalleled service and support.
Requirements
- Strong probing and investigating skills.
- Attention to detail for accurate case management.
