Your Role:
Seeking reliable and diligent Warehouse Associates in Atlanta, GA, to join our dynamic team. As a Warehouse Associate, you are integral to the logistics chain, managing inventory and ensuring efficient operations. Your role involves:
- Inventory Expert : Manage and organize stock, maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment Pro : Handle order picking, packing, and preparation for shipment.
- Safety Champion : Uphold safety standards, ensuring a secure work environment.
- Equipment Operator : Safely operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts (license a plus).
Responsibilities (Varies by Business):
- Receive, unload, and store products in the warehouse
- Check and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for distribution
- Prepare shipping documents, including labels and invoices
- Assist in conducting regular physical inventory counts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, ensuring compliance with safety standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or related field preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment is a plus
