Additional Information:
- Candidate MUST have at least 10-11 years of total IT experience *
- The candidate must have a relevant certification.
- Candidate MUST be local to North Carolina.
Mandatory Skills:
- 3 years of experience in Proven ServiceNow implementation.
- 3 years of experience in Web applications, networks, protocols, and email (SMTP, POP3).
- 3 years of experience with a basic understanding of ITIL v3 methodologies.
- 3 years of experience with an understanding of enterprise IT architecture.
- 3 years of experience with working knowledge of relational databases.
- 3 years of experience in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, AJAX, CSS, etc.).
- 5 years of experience in impeccable time-management and record-keeping.
- 5 years of experience in translating complex end-user requirements to code.
- 5 years of experience with a positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- 5 years of experience with a strong personal commitment to quality service.
- 5 years of experience with the ability to work independently and with a team.
- 3 years of experience in LDAP directories, such as: Active Directory, eDirectory, OpenLDAP.
- 5 years of experience in excellent communication.
