Position: FT - Clinical Coordinator ($25hr - $28hr)

Essential Functions for the Clinical Coordinator:
- Provide high quality clinical direction, leadership and supervision to team members, volunteers and interns in all program settings and foster a culturally sensitive, youth-centered environment.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans including community and specialized services in support of assigned youth using a positive youth development, trauma informed and culturally appropriate frameworks.
- Provide individual, group and family counseling services to assigned youth.
- Supervise case management related staff and a limited number of part time staff as needed.
- To be the point person to address and report any crisis or critical incident as defined by agency and/or county, state or federal regulations according to the agency's formalized practice and protocols.
- Attend both external and internal agency training and workshops; complete and pass all required training hours and annual training as set forth in the funder and licensing regulations.
Qualifications for the Clinical Coordinator:
- A minimum of master's degree in counseling, social work or related field.
- A minimum of three years' experience working with adolescents is preferred.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license including vehicle insurance and inspection on any vehicle used for daily work and transportation of clients.
- Must receive a passing score on annual motor vehicle clearance to be eligible to operate agency vehicles.
- Never have been convicted of any prohibited criminal or child abuse offense.
- They must never have been convicted of any child abuse offenses.
- The candidate must have the ability to work in a loud or distracting environment.
- The candidate must have the ability to drive.
Physical Requirements for the Clinical Coordinator:
- Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing. X Constantly
- Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds. X Occasionally
- Moving from one worksite to another X Occasionally
- Ability to navigate stairs. X Constantly
