The Federal Account Manager should possess the ability to identify new opportunities for delivering value to our federal clients. 3. **Developing Account Plans:** Crafting strategic account plans to foster business growth and client retention is essential. This includes devising and executing sales strategies, managing budgets effectively, and identifying key performance indicators. 4. **Delivering Outstanding Customer Service:** Ensuring clients receive exceptional service is a top priority. This entails prompt responses to inquiries, addressing concerns proactively, and managing client expectations effectively. 5. **Collaborating with Internal Teams:** Working closely with internal departments such as sales, marketing, and product/practice development is vital. This collaboration ensures the delivery of optimal solutions to our federal clients. 6. **Contract Negotiation:** Skillfully negotiating contracts, including pricing and service terms, is a core responsibility. This encompasses managing both Fixed bid and Staff Augmentation contracts efficiently. 7. **Staying Informed on Industry Trends:** Remaining abreast of industry trends and government regulations is imperative.
