We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Manager to join our data intelligence team. As a Senior Product Manager over data intelligence, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our software products by taking ownership over revenue management roadmap, helming strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional value through world-class software releases. Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams in the end-to-end product development lifecycle, integrating advanced data intelligence capabilities to enhance user experiences and streamline processes.
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs, particularly in the realm of data intelligence.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the successful execution of product plans, with a focus on enterprise clients leveraging data intelligence solutions.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify new opportunities and features within the data intelligence landscape.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, using data-driven decisions to deliver high-impact features on time, with a keen eye on data-driven insights.
- Develop and maintain detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications for development teams in the US and India, with a specific focus on data intelligence solutions.
- Evangelize the product internally and externally, presenting revenue-enabling data intelligence capabilities to stakeholders, customers, and industry events.
- Drive agile development methodologies, continuous improvement, and iterative release cycles for products with an emphasis on data intelligence.
- Monitor data intelligence product performance metrics, analyze user behavior, and gather insights to inform data-driven enhancements.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and best practices within data intelligence to drive innovation in our products.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or a higher education degree in business, law, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles within the software industry, with a specific focus on data intelligence.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, particularly those related to data intelligence.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts related to data intelligence clearly and persuasively.
- Proven ability to navigate enterprise companies purchasing software, with a focus on data intelligence solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products with data intelligence components.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights and make informed decisions.
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools, with a focus on data intelligence.
- Previous experience working with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams and enterprise customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a software engineer or a related role within the software industry, with a focus on data intelligence.
- MBA.
- Experience working with Data Science teams to solve problems with large data sets.
