Job description
Education and qualifications:
- Current CI polygraph or ability to obtain a CI polygraph
- Experience using one or more enterprise business intelligence tools (e.g. IBM Cognos, SAP Business Objects, Oracle BIEE)
- Significant PL/SQL Experience
- Significant understanding of relational databases and data warehouse concepts
- Experience with Tableau preferred
- Experience with ETL tools preferred
- Test and troubleshoot report and dashboard functionality, validate data and create test data and table structures through use of SQL;
- Business Intelligence Tools Experience (preferably Business Objects)
- Experience in developing reports and dashboards in BI Tool (preferably Tableau)
- Significant PL/SQL Experience
- Ability to troubleshoot interfaces
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to lead testing initiatives for releases as needed
- Ability to document processes as needed
- Experience with and Enterprise Data Warehouse is a plus
- Oracle DBA experience is a plus
