Job Title: Assistant Controller
Salary: $80,000 -$110,000 Requirements: We are looking for an experienced Assistant Controller to lead our healthcare health services team. We are looking for a highly organized professional who is passionate about financial management and has a deep understanding of GAAP and financial regulations. The successful candidate will be able to streamline and manage accrual accounts, transactions, and reconciliations efficiently.In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the health services team. You will ensure financial compliance, analyze financial data, and create reports to provide insights for decision makers. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring that all transactions are accounted for.
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Controller or Accounting role. It is highly preferred to have a CPA, MBA, or SEC certification. Other skills needed include financial analysis, account reconciliation, GAAP, and financial regulations.
This position pays an annual salary of $80,000 to $110,000 depending on experience. In addition to salary, you may also be eligible for bonuses, and other perks such as health insurance, paid vacation, and more.
