Job description
The Technical Production Director is responsible for stewarding the live expression of Life Church. This person develops and refines the structures and systems that provide effective execution at each campus and at each special event. This person provides technical expertise for all live production systems, including but not limited to audio and lighting consoles, AVL protocols, switchers, routers, AVL infrastructure, intercom, LED, and other live production systems at Life Church.
The Technical Production Director serves as the liaison between the Campus Pastors and the Campus Production Coordinators. This person helps to build teams, provides support and leadership, and facilitates the production and AVL needs of each campus. This role includes supervision responsibilities.
