Job description
The Accounts Payable Intern’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Managing and Updating Vendor Master listings for new vendors
• Sorting and mailing paper check payments
• Processing Invoices & Statements
• Special handling procedures on check payments, according to the instructions by Requestor
• Manage daily workflow issues and escalate to AP Manager
• Be in good academic standing
• US Citizen or permanent resident
• Work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask
