Job description

Restaurant, Retail, or Telecommunications experience preferred! We are looking for a motivated  Customer Service Associate  to join our team! As an Automotive Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for greeting customers and ensuring they receive 5-star customer service during their visit. Other responsibilities include presenting inspection reports, creating estimates, writing repair orders, scheduling appointments, and following up with both customers and shop vendors to ensure workflow efficiency. In this role, you will be expected to execute on the sales and marketing plans in place to ensure shop goals are met. We expect professionalism, discipline, hard work, and honesty. You must work well in a fast-paced environment, able to multi-task, and willing to learn. Experience in customer service is preferred. We are a growing organization so there is potential for upward mobility. $500 Signing Bonus after a 60-day probationary employment period!

Job Type:  Full Time

Pay: $10 - $15/hour plus a competitive, uncapped, bonus structure
