Required Skills:

• Intune SME
• Expertise in Windows 10 build and SCCM Task Sequence and Deep understanding of Windows Operating System
• VDI
• Expertise in PowerShell
• Proficient and experienced with SCCM, Active Directory and GPO policies
• Strong knowledge on Mobile Device Management (IOS / Android)
• Strong Knowledge of Modern Device Management/Universal Endpoint Management
• OS upgrade process as well as Image Life Cycle process
• Provide third level OSD management support for custom in-house and industry standard applications where time and quality is of the essence along with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Collaborate across departments to collect the requirement as well as resolve ongoing issues and address root cause analysis during the project phase.
• Perform application software installation and SCCM OSD deployments.
• Able to create architectural design documents and presentations. Write technical procedures and documentation for applications, operations and policies and procedures.
• Act as technical liaison between clients, customers, and vendors as required to implement new technologies or bring issues to resolution.
• Providing reports on problem management activity including status, incident reduction, closed problems, opened problems, opportunities, and breakdowns
• Continuously performing trend analyses on the volume and nature of incidents and problems in order to provide proactive approach in fixing/avoiding incidents
• High level understanding of networking principles i.e. VLAN’s, NAT/SNAT
• High-level understanding of cloud technologies and service-oriented architecture

Preferred Skills

Additional experience with the following:

• Public cloud Amazon, Azure etc..
• Experience with Co-Management and Intune
• VMWare Horizon View or other VDI management solutions
• Previous Retail Industry experience
• Working with wider team in Onsite and Offshore models
