Scion Staffing is conducting an immediate search for a Sr. Audit Manager with public accounting and nonprofit audit experience. This is a hybrid Audit Manager Opportunity based in San Francisco, San Jose, or Los Angeles!

In this role, you'll:
- Perform audits of non-profit financial systems, ensuring compliance and internal control effectiveness.
- Manage a team of 5, leading them to deliver exceptional audit services.
- Build strong relationships with clients, fostering open communication and trust.
- Manage investments for non-profit foundations, guiding them towards impactful results.
- Stay current on accounting trends and technical issues relevant to the non-profit sector.
Do you have:
- 5-10 years of public accounting audit & review experience (non-profit experience required).
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (preferred).
- 3+ years of client relationship management experience.
- Proven ability to lead and oversee audit teams.
- CPA license (or CPA eligible).
- Interest in working with investments (highly preferred).

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The salary range for this excellent role is $170,000 - $180,000 annually DOE, and it is a perfect opportunity for professional growth. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and 401(k)!
