Job description
Reporting to the Director of Grid Integration, the Associate of Grid Integration is responsible for managing project development and integration of Clearway's 11 GW of solar, wind, and battery storage project pipeline in multiple states throughout the U.S Eastern and ERCOT Interconnections. The Associate will directly support Clearway's Project and Business Development teams in applying for, managing, and obtaining interconnection agreements for all solar, wind, and storage projects. Additionally, the Associate will perform interconnection feasibility studies, support, and provide direction to consultants and third-party development partners to process interconnection agreements, meet with utilities, coordinate interconnection engineering activities, and manage the overall grid integration process through commissioning.
This position will also be responsible for coordinating work with Clearway's Engineering, Construction, and Operations departments.
Clearway will not sponsor nonimmigrant visas for this position (H-1B, TN, E-3, etc.).
The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, relevant and demonstrated experience, education, training and certifications, and other factors permitted by law. This role is eligible to earn an annual cash bonus, subject to personal and company performance goals.
Salary Range Across all U.S. Locations
$128,000—$153,000 USD
