Position Description:
The successful candidate will perform end to end Zscaler administration, contribute to Security monitoring and vulnerability management.
Projects may include:
Supporting, troubleshooting, and administering of Zscaler network proxies.
Perform day to day tasks for moves, adds, changes, and updating proxy rule sets.
Be the primary resource for troubleshooting including engaging with end users and providing leadership on outage bridges Monitor Zscaler platform services and processes.
Document setup and maintain as built drawings as changes are made
Supporting Zscaler products like Client Connector (aka ZAPP) and Virtual ZENs
Maintain GRE tunnels to four Zscaler endpoints
Work with network security team to administer Zscaler PAC files
Perform Network Vulnerability scans and compliance scans using tools like Nessus, Nexpose, Qualys etc.
Perform Data Leak Prevention (DLP) monitoring and investigate incidents.
Design system security architecture and develop detailed security designs
A good understanding to configure and troubleshoot security infrastructure devices
Develop technical solutions and new security tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks
Write comprehensive reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes and propositions for further system security enhancement.
Requirements:
Degree in either Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems Management.
Strong ethics and understanding of ethics in business and information security
Experience in building and maintaining security systems
Minimum two years of experience in Zscaler. Extensive knowledge of Zscaler network proxies.
Experience in performing Vulnerability scans using Nessus, Nexpose, Qualys etc.
Candidate should be able to understand and articulate the vulnerability scan results with technical teams and mitigate risk.
Hands on experience in security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management, content filtering, etc.
Experience with network technologies and with system, security, and network monitoring tools thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols
Familiarity with web related technologies (Web applications, Web Services, Service Oriented Architectures) and of network/web related protocols
Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Ability to complete tasks and deliver professionally written reports for clients.
Ability to present findings to technical staff and executives
Possess current security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH)
Possess IT networking related certifications (e.g. CCNA, MCSP)
