Job description
Our Client is looking for Hospice Business Development Representatives who can impact the community with the gift of hospice.
We have comprised a team of experienced hospice veterans with a compassionate heart and a caring spirit.
Coverage Area : Hiring Sales Representatives for the following areas:
Dallas/Fort Worth Area
Business Development QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in hospice or other healthcare-related fields.
- Practical solid communication skills and responsiveness to accounts.
- Ability to build personal relationships in a short period.
- Compassion and integrity for patient care and hospice philosophy.
- Associate or Bachelor Degree.
- Ability to work full-time hours and manage a territory.
- Responsible for the profitable marketing of hospice services.
- Accountable for the development and implementation of annual marketing plans.
- Responsible for keeping a record of all existing customers and tracking trends, markets, and demographics.
- Accountable for analyzing referral data and trends and adjusting marketing efforts based on data analysis.
- Acts independently and responsibly to perform duties consistently.

Business Development REQUIREMENTS:
- Build relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, discharge planners, personal care homes, etc.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing sales plans that promote census growth, community recognition, and increase referrals.
- Plan and organize marketing events, host luncheons, and informational.
- Educate the community about hospice.
- Conducts initial meetings with the patient and family, giving an overview of hospice service and philosophy, and obtains consent for care.
- Attend weekly meetings and address successes, competitor information, and future opportunities for growth.
- Meet the given quota and expectations set by the management team.
- Must have reliable vehicle/transportation, valid driver’s license, and required automobile insurance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000 per year Plus bonus/commission
