A leading tech company is seeking a Non-IT Program Manager. The successful candidate will c oordinate projects, make detailed plans to accomplish goals and direct the integration of technical activities. Non-IT Program Manager Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $60/hr
- Worksite: Leading technology and data solutions company (Remote, Candidates must be located in the United States in the Pacific Time zone )
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
- 40 hours/week, 4 Month Assignment
Non-IT Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects, make detailed plans to accomplish goals and direct the integration of technical activities.
- Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
- Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
- Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
- Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
- Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
- Direct, review and approve product designs and changes.
- Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.
Non-IT Program Manager Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of Project Management experience - Demonstrated proficiency in planning, organizing, and executing projects from initiation to completion.
- 8-10 years of high-level communication experience - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. The ability to convey complex ideas clearly and succinctly is crucial for effective collaboration within the team and when interfacing with external stakeholders.
- 8-10 years of reporting and data experience - Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to inform strategic decision-making. This includes a strong understanding of reporting tools, data visualization techniques, and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
