About the Role:

As a SAP Materials Management Configuration Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, collaborating with business resources and development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will involve analyzing business processes, configuring the SAP application, and providing support activities to drive efficiency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate in the analysis and design of business processes, implementing enhancements to support process changes.
Configure the SAP system to optimize business processes and transaction flows.
Analyze and support reporting needs across the organization.
Execute configuration requests and provide ongoing support for SAP systems.
Identify and promote innovative solutions to address project complexity and maintain competitiveness.
Recommend best practices, standards, and process improvements to meet business needs.
Provide training to end users and create documentation as needed.
Educate the organization on the role and importance of business systems analysis.
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of related work experience.
Expert knowledge of SAP Supply Chain Systems.
Experience with SAP applications and configuration.
Previous involvement in full lifecycle SAP project implementations.
Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SAP S/4HANA MM implementation.
Understanding of accounting compliance requirements.
Knowledge of additional SAP modules such as Concur, VIM, and Vertex.
Familiarity with Agile methodology.
Ability to adapt to a diverse environment and handle multiple priorities.
