Job Title: Construction Manager (Also hiring for experienced Project Managers)
Job Location: Minot, ND
Salary: $90k-$130k
Requirements: Construction experience on commercial and/or Multifmaily projects + Construction Management degree is preffered but not required

This is a full time/permanent position with a well established real estate investment/development firm. Due to consistant growth, they are hiring for both a construction manager and project manager. The construction manager will be responsible for planning and coordinating all areas of the project from design to project completion.

What You Will Be Doing

- Planning and coordinating all areas of the project from design to project completion
- Collaborate with development team for the design phase of the project
- Create schedules for project team
- Build / monitor construciton cost estimates
- Hire subcontractors
- Ensure work complies with standards and building codes

What You Need for this Position

- Experience in a similar role as a construction manager (or project manager) on Construction projects for either Multifamily or Commercial
- Bachelors degree in construction Management (or related) is preferred but not required
