Job description

Just Love Coffee Cafe Mt. Juliet in Mount Juliet, TN is l ooking for 2 busser's to join our 34 person strong team. We are located on 63 Belinda Pkwy. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable.

SHIFTS AVAILABLE: WEEKEND ONLYS OR THUR-SUN OR FRI-SUN! BUSSERS IN NEED BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8:00AM - 12:00PM, HOURS CAN VARY.

The right busser is committed to ensuring high-quality customer service and the capacity to handle the pressure of restaurant work.

Some examples of responsibilities include:

• Prepares dining room for guests by cleaning and clothing tables.
• Protects the establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
• Maintains menu presentation by keeping menus clean.
• Maintains table setting by removing dishwear as completed, refilling water glasses, and being attentive to additional needs.
• Replenishing condiment stands and busser stations.
• Knowledgeable of menu.
• Washing Dishes at time of need to keep up with pace.
• Must be able to lift dish bins back to dish, which at times can be heavy.
• Closes dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables, sweeping floors, and removing trash from the facility and keeping bathrooms maintained and stocked.

The ideal candidate can MULTI-TASK, POSITIVE ATTITUDE and adapt to FAST PACED environment.

RESTAURANT HOURS OF OPERATION: EVERYDAY 6AM - 5PM
